Returns Policy
Unopened products can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full credit. Shipping charges are not refundable. Buyer pays returning fees. If product is damaged, we will gladly replace the product or issue a credit to your account. Please contact us as soon as possible about damaged products. You can use our contact form to send us an e-mail. We will respond to your e-mail with instructions for returning the item(s).

Shipping
We ship all orders within 24 hours of receipt. Orders placed Friday afternoon through Sunday will be shipped the following Monday. All orders are shipped USPS.

US Shipping Rates
Standard shipping is only $5 on all orders being shipped to the United States. Orders over $25 ship free. Priority shipping is available for $15, or $10 for orders over $75.

International Shipping Rates
International shipping is available, with the shipping rate for your country calculated at checkout. There is no discount on international shipping regardless of order size.

International Customers
Customers are responsible for any customs charges or taxes imposed by the destination country. We are not responsible for any delays this may cause. Customers also take responsibility that the products that they are ordering can be legally imported into their respective country. If a shipment is returned to Start New for failure to pay customs or product rejection by customs, the customer will be credited for their order less all shipping and handling, plus a 15% restocking fee. These charges include shipping to and from Start New, where applicable. We reserve the right to have a package destroyed at customs if it is too expensive to return. Unpaid duties and taxes will be charged to the customers' credit card.
